Highland Property Construction is soliciting bids from qualified General Contractors & Subcontractors for the renovation of West Loch Village project located in Ewa Beach, HI 

West Lock Village 92-1450 to 91-1480 Renton Road, Ewa Beach, HI

West Loch Village is an elderly housing project consisting of 15 2‐story buildings containing 150 units which include 90 studios and 60 one‐bedroom apartments, a large community center and 49 on grade parking stalls. The property is conveniently located on the corner of Fort Weaver Road and Renton Road in the district of Ewa with nearby recreation and shopping alternatives. The property is located within minutes of St. Francis Medical Center.

The base scope of work for the property is a full renovation of the exteriors and interiors

SUBMISSION AND JOB REQUIREMENTS

All bids must be submitted with the attached Bid Sheets provided by Highland Property Construction.  The following are requirements for all General contractors and subcontractor:

 

  • Must be a licensed Hawaii Contractor in good active standing
  • Must be licensed for the trade classification being bid
  • Proof of Minimum of One million dollar Liability Insurance policy 
  • Proof of Minimum of One Million dollar Auto Insurance policy
  • Proof of Workers Compensation Insurance (required for all subcontractors)

WALKTHROUGH 

West Loch Village Apartments will be available for walkthroughs on the following dates and times: 

West Loch Village

92‐1450 to 91‐1480 Renton Road, Ewa Beach, HI 96706 

Walkthrough:  August 6th and 7th

9:00 am – 1:00 pm 

 

The walkthrough is highly encouraged. You do not need to attend both days.  

All Subcontractors must RSVP with Kale Darling Darling k.myles@highlandconstruction.com or (949) 492-5007 prior to arriving at the property.  Do not contact the property without making arrangements with Kale first.

RIGHT TO REJECT ANY BIDS

Highland Property Construction reserves the right to reject any bids or to waive minor irregularities.  Highland Property Construction, Inc. has no obligation to enter into an agreement with any party. 

The Request for Bid package contains descriptions of the site and other matters that are deemed accurate.  However, all bidders are expected to investigate existing conditions and quantities them selves and bid accordingly.

The cost of preparing any response to this Request for Bid shall be borne by the respondents and shall not be reimbursed by Highland Property Construction.
